(So this is where it all started going wrong. It basically stemmed from me wanting to help the people who attend my class. Which I thought was the mission of DDF.)

Mike I believe this is a contradiction. You constantly tell us you are straight forward and a team player. I would like to see this! As a company we offer a premium nutrition line that is patented and proven ( you will not promote it). We have brought In a writer and researcher that is renown in his field of weight loss and fitness ( you will not promote him or his seminars). And now you are going to do a like seminar on the week he is doing one with out asking if it’s ok first???? Pls team I would like to know should we all work together or as individuals against each other. Because our company is and will be built on unity! And I wrote this in the open so all instructors can see our companies stance for I believe people want to be part of a united group!

Mike, we already have Dave an expert in the subject recognized world wide working with everyone at DDF in this area. I wonder why you insist on going against our team work philosophy and try to do your own thing. However I appreciate you initiative. If you want to work with Dave to better help your members I’m sure he will be glad to talk to you about doing something together. If you haven’t had the chance to meet him, I will have all his certifications and accomplishments on a wall in the Studio this week, for every member to know the credentials and how much he brings to our TEAM! However call him or message him anytime, as much as he knows and has accomplish he is the most humble and nicest guy. He will love to share somethings with you.
