I recently had the chance to chat with some folks that I went to high school with. As well as some that attended college with. In talking they all mentioned the fact that I still look the same. Typically attribute that to the fact that there have been certain things that I avoided throughout my life. Things such as: drugs and alcohol.
Something else I would add to the list is that I try to be less stressed and that I have been practicing some type of fitness routine. When I look at the pictures throughout my years on this earth. It is amazing to me how I managed to keep the same body type. Definitely a testament to how fitness can beneficial for you.
