So the next time you are in hip hop fitness class. Think about going bananas for a bit. Not in a crazy sense. But rather actually bringing a banana with you during your workout.
Bananas provide you with energy. This is due to all of the vitamins and minerals that bananas possess. It said that eating two bananas will provide you with the energy to sustain through a two and a half hour workout. So instead of reaching for that coffee or soda (or as your Midwesterners refer to it as pop) try eating a banana instead. It will provide you with the energy without the crash.
Potassium is important because it aid in various essential body functions. Functions such as: maintaining a regular heartbeat, transmission of nerve signals, muscle contraction, fluid balance etc. Potassium is used to treat such things as: dizziness, symptoms of menopause, arthritis, blurred vision, bloating, fever and many other things.
Bananas contain a fiber substance that helps keeps your bowels regular. This fiber helps to restore and maintain proper function.
Have been found to enhance brain activity. In a study where school children were asked to eat 3 bananas a day it showed that the potassium in bananas made them more alert and attentive. So this will aid in you keeping up with the hip hop fitness class routines and moves
