So part of this whole Hip Hop Fitness program is not just about dance fitness. It is about fitness overall. This program is supposed to be geared toward getting people on the right as it pertains to becoming healthy and staying healthy.
So it is my hope that we participate in alternative activities to reach our fitness goals. During the Spring and Summer there are a multitude of races that take place. 5Ks, marathons, half-marathons, and races with obstacle courses. It seems to me that these races become more fun and engaging when done as a group. That’s where the accountability comes into place.
Since we have already established a group of fun folks who interact on the regular. Why not participate in these event’s together? Hip Hop Fitness Teams anyone? Let’s go!!!
