Most times when people want to lose weight they tend to focus on the things that are going to stop eating vs. the things that they are. It is often hard choosing the right foods and snacks especially with a busy schedule. Sometimes people ask how can they eat “clean.” This refers to eating real, natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, and proteins as well as complex carbohydrates. Eating clean also means avoiding food that has been processed, food that is loaded with sugars and artificial sweeteners, preservatives and trans and hydrogenated fats. People tend to eat more processed food than they actually realize. This makes cleaning up their diet a tad bit difficult. So pay attention to what you eat. Read the labels.
