This Saturday June 9th, 2012 @ 11:30am – 1:30pm we will be having a 2 Hour M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness Class. It will be located at 2283 Sunbury Rd, Columbus, Ohio The MBK Building (Mt. Hermon). $5.00 donation. So come on out and let’s get in shape and have some fun and work on The FLASH MOB Piece for those who do not know it.
