As many of you may know. The M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness program has moved to a new location. Change is something that we all must encounter at one point in time or another. Sometimes it is for the good. Sometimes it is detrimental. This change was definitely for the good. For without it, I am not how soon I as well as others would have witnessed the potential of the Hip Hop Fitness program.

I appreciate all those individuals that have assisted me with making this transition a smooth one. A transition that at first seemed hard but has proven quite contrary. I am looking forward to advancing with this program and expanding it to include others facets that I was working on during the time of transition.
